Building big muscles and biceps is the dream for everyone. Everyone wants to build their muscles and
biceps especially the young generation are crazy for it, are you one of them. If you want to build a big biceps then make it sure to train them in a right way, otherwise it is wastage of your time. And if you are training your biceps in a wrong way then it takes a long time in seeing a result.
1. You need to eat big to get big. Your body is going to need more calories than you burn off for it to grow new muscle. The thing, which you are going to eat, should have lot of protein and carbohydrates.
2. In order to get bigger biceps, you will need to lift heavy weights with lower reps. 2-8 reps is an ideal range.
3. Take 8-9 hours of sleep because muscles do not grow in the gym. They grow when we are sleeping.
4. Remember to change the order of the exercises that you perform after every few weeks to shock your biceps into new growth.
5. If you work out when you’re sore, you will actually lose progress. Allow two days rest between working out your back to work out your biceps. Make your training more interesting with biceps exercise.
